Pottz was just nine years old when his curiosity in music first ignited. He would never miss an episode of “Video Music Box”. During this period of his life, he recognized his uncontrollable love for music. He believed if other people could pursue a career in music, so could he! In 1997, Pottz partnered with two of his childhood friends: Charles Sawyer (Charlie Bronx) and Troy Morrison (T.M). These young men began their journey to success, as a three member hip-hop group. Pottz was the DJ, and Charlie Bronx & T.M became the rappers. Unfortunately Charlie Bronx passed away, after the group created its first demo tape. Charlie’s untimely death motivated Pottz to keep the group’s vision alive. This train of thought marked the birth of Thinkin Big Productions. Being a DJ was only a stepping stone for Pottz. Becoming a producer was a natural progression for him. From spinning records to creating tracks, he knew his true calling was to be “The Man behind the Music”. With no formal education in music, he chose to learn hands on. Pottz believes in making his own path and getting his “hands dirty”. He lives by the principle that “there are no rules for success”. Pottz eventually built his own recording studio by working three jobs. He would tap into the minds of experienced music professionals to develop his technical skills. Dubbed the “Mad Scientist”, Pottz liked to mix & match hard to find samples with his own original composition. His music is heavily influenced by the sounds of 80’s & 90’s hip hop, a blend of high school lunch table beats, and hard metallic melodies! Pottz is the founder of Thinkin Big Productions. He is an artist, musician, entrepreneur, and a force to be reckoned with!

Supaman (Supa Mizzy) is the Director of Marketing & Promotion at Thinkin Big Productions. Known for his creativity, business savvy, and passion for success, Supe also manages the marketing & promotion division of the company providing creative concepts & strategies on how to achieve the team’s goals and objectives. A key asset to the company is Supe’s 10 years of experience in the marketing field. Supe oversees all events, interviews, videos, websites, public relations, and promotions. His visual expertise is unmatched. It is Supe’s goal to ensure Thinkin Big Productions becomes a powerhouse in the music industry.

T.M is the Business Manager of Thinkin Big Productions. He serves as an assistant to Pottz with all aspects of the company. As a former aspiring rapper, T.M has a vast hip hop background. He has now put down the microphone, and picked up a clipboard. T.M has been long time friends with Supa Mizzy & Pottz, and believes loyalty comes first. T.M is responsible for managing Pottz as an artist/producer; as well oversee all musical endeavors. He believes in the visions of Pottz, and will sacrifice himself for the success of Thinkin Big Productions.
